Grand Jury issues 13 indictments
The Calhoun County Grand Jury indicted on May 20 four suspects for burglary of a habitation.
Angela Christine Kelley, 26, Victoria, was indicted for burglary of a habitation on April 5.
Robert Anthony Olivarez, 17, Port Lavaca, was indicted for burglary of a habitation on Feb. 17.
Jarame George Prentice, 30, Victoria, was indicted for burglary of a habitation on April 5.
Ryan Wayne Tabor, 28, Victoria, was indicted for burglary of a habitation on April 5.
Six suspects were indicted on drug offenses.
Anthony Manuel Flores, 22, Port Lavaca, was indicted for delivery of a controlled substance between 4 and 200 grams on Feb. 26.
Steven Douglas Gayle, 26, Port Lavaca, was indicted for possession of marijuana, between 4 ozs. and 5 labs, in a drug free zone on April 14.
William Taylor Gayle, 23, of Point Comfort, was indicted for possession of marijuana between 4 ozs. and 5 lbs, in a drug free zone on April 14.
Michael Murland McCutchen, 26, Point Comfort, was indicted for between 4 ozs. and 5 lbs. of marijuana, in a drug free zone on April 14.
Robert Moreno Jr., 20, Port Lavaca, was indicted for delivery of a controlled substance less than a gram on Aug. 8, 2008.
Roddrick Gerrod Thomas, 28, Houston, was indicted for delivery of a controlled substance, between 4 grams and 200 grams on Feb. 26.
Christina Alyssa Flores, 23, Port Lavaca, was indicted for felony theft between $1,500 and $20,000 on Oct. 9, 2008.
Carrol Clifton Glover, 63, Port Lavaca, was indicted for driving while intoxicated third offense on April 13.
Samuel Roosevelt Huff III, 30, Refugio, was indicted for evading arrest or detention using a vehicle on March 6.
