Formosa United Way Golf Tournament 2019 – Another Record Breaking Success

Formosa employees, United Way of Calhoun County and United Way of Victoria County celebrate the presenting of the check for $300,000 from the proceeds of the Formosa Plastics United Way Golf Tournament held October 4. Each of the respective United Way Agencies will receive $150,000. This year’s tournament was the biggest one-day event ever in the mid-coast United Way Region with over 125 teams, over 500 golfers, and numerous supporting contractors/vendors and volunteers covering both major golf courses in Victoria. Special thanks go out to all of the volunteers, contractors, vendors, and the golf tournament committee.
