Local law enforcement made 26 arrests between Monday, Jan. 9, and Sunday, Jan. 15, as follows:
Monday, Jan. 9
Dah Sei Htoo, 24, of Port Lavaca, was arrested by the Port Lavaca Police Department (PLPD) for an assault that caused bodily injury against a family member.
John Christopher Lott, 50, of Victoria, was arrested by the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) for nine counts of theft of property equal to or greater than $100 but less than $750.
David Richard Jr., 37, of Port Victoria, was arrested by CCSO on a warrant for two counts of theft of property equal to or greater than $100 but less than $750.
Jacob Nicholas Perez, 30, of Victoria, was arrested by CCSO for driving while intoxicated on a second offense, failure to appear before a court, and no liability insurance.
Tuesday, Jan. 10
David Charles Decker, 41, of Victoria, was arrested by CCSO on a warrant for driving with an invalid license and expired registration.
Mario Alberto Degollado Sr., 58, of Port Lavaca, was arrested by CCSO on a warrant for speeding.
James Gabriel Morales, 38, of Victoria, was arrested by PLPD for criminal trespassing.
Tanya Lizette Morales, 47, of Port Lavaca, was arrested by CCSO for possession of a controlled substance Penalty Group 1-b in an amount greater than or equal to four grams but less than 200 grams, and on a warrant for public intoxication, failure to appear before a court, and striking a fixture or highway landscape for damages less than $200.
Richard Gerald Parry Jr., 34, of Port Lavaca, was arrested by PLPD on a warrant for two counts of public intoxication and two counts of failure to appear before a court.
Lance Russell Toler, 63, of Inez, was arrested by CCSO on a warrant for terroristic threats with the intent to cause fear of significant bodily injury.
Wednesday, Jan. 11
Dean Dylan Tyler, 24, of Port Lavaca, was arrested by CCSO for failing a drug test or utilizing a falsification device and on a warrant for violation of parole while possessing a controlled substance Penalty Group 1 in an amount less than one gram.
Thursday, Jan. 12
Chauncey Poindexter, 44, of Seadrift, was arrested by CCSO while driving intoxicated.
Lorina Deann Martinez, 30, of Port Lavaca, was arrested by PLPD on a warrant for possession of marijuana in an amount less than two ounces and possession of a controlled substance Penalty Group 2 in an amount less than one gram.
Friday, Jan. 13
Dustin Cody Jackson, 23, of Port Lavaca, was arrested by PLPD on a warrant for speeding.
Jose Luis Lozano Jr., 27, of Port Lavaca, was arrested on a warrant by PLPD for driving while license was suspended.
Darin Ortiz, 35, of Port Lavaca, was arrested by CCSO for possession of marijuana in an amount less than two ounces.
Noel Pineda Jr., 22, of Victoria, was arrested by CCSO for three counts of speeding, two counts of failing to appear, driving with a four-year-old unrestrained child, driving with an eight-year-old unrestrained child, driving with no driver’s license and driving with no liability insurance.
Jacqueline Ann Shanahan, 42, of Victoria, was arrested by CCSO on a warrant for theft of property equal to or greater than $100 but less than $750.
Emily Caitlin Uresti, 29, of Port Lavaca, was arrested by the Seadrift Police Department (SDPD) for burglary of a building or concealing theft.
Saturday, Jan. 14
Victor Manuel Cuellar Jr., 41, of Victoria, was arrested by CCSO on a warrant for speeding and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Daniel Moya, 59, of Port Lavaca, was arrested by PLPD on a warrant for terroristic threats to cause fear of imminent significant bodily injury.
Patrick William Pelech, 34, of Port Lavaca, was arrested by CCSO on a warrant for possession of a dangerous drug, possession of a controlled substance Penalty Group 3 in an amount less than 28 grams, possession of a controlled substance Penalty Group 1-b in an amount less than one gram, and possession of a controlled substance Penalty Group 1-b in an amount greater than or equal to one gram but less than 4 grams.
Anthony Perez, 20, of Victoria, was arrested by CCSO for speeding and failure to appear before a court.
Jamien Ray Vasquez, 28, of Port Lavaca, was arrested by CCSO on a warrant for two counts of failing to appear before a court, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving with an unrestrained child.
Sunday, Jan. 15
Gregory Dale Mead, 62, of Beaumont, was arrested by CCSO on a warrant for assault with injury.
Noel Gonzalez Resendiz, 33, of Port Lavaca, was arrested by CCSO for driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 15% or less and an accident involving damage to a vehicle equal to or less than $200.
