Local law enforcement made 20 arrests between Monday, February 3 and Sunday, February 9. They are as follows:

Monday, February 3:

Mario Alberto Degollado II, 28, Port Lavaca, arrested by Jackson County Sheriff's Office for a warrant for a writ of commitment.

Carlos Alfredo Pena Jr., 29, Hidalgo, arrested by Calhoun County Sheriff's Office for a warrant for violation of probation for driving with an invalid license with previous conviction/suspension without financial responsibility.

Jason Perez, 41, Port Lavaca, arrested by Texas Department of Public Safety for a warrant for theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions.

Tuesday, February 4:

Roger Neal Cady Jr., 46, Port Lavaca, arrested by Texas Parks and Wildlife Department for a warrant for possession of undersized oysters.

Kyle David Lively, 29, Midfield, arrested by CCSO for a warrant for violation of probation for evading arrest detention.

Cecileo Morales, 43, Brazoria, arrested by CCSO for warrants for bond forfeiture for driving with an invalid license with previous conviction, failure to maintain financial responsibility, and driving while license is invalid.

Marcos Reyna, 25, Point Comfort, arrested by Point Comfort Police Department for warrants for driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana less than two ounces.

Neri Humberto Vela, 44, Edinburg, arrested by DPS for driving with an invalid license with previous conviction/suspension without financial responsibility.

Jose Alejandro Esparza, 26, San Juan, arrested by Port Lavaca Police Department for resisting arrest search or transport and driving while intoxicated.

Christopher Brittain Foretich, 32, Seadrift, arrested by CCSO for injury to a child/elderly/disabled with intent of bodily injury and assault causing bodily injury to a family member.

David Guerrero Jr., 43, Edinburg, arrested by PCPD for warrants for failure to appear and expired registration.

Robert Lynn Mayo, 41, Port O’Connor, arrested by CCSO for warrants for assault causing bodily injury and violation of parole.

Miguel Angelo Villarreal, 34, Port Lavaca, arrested by PLPD for possession of a controlled substance greater or equal to one gram, but less than four grams, manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance less than 28 grams, and possession of marijuana less than two ounces, and warrants for assault causing bodily injury to a family member and failure to appear for burglary of vehicle.

Friday, February 7:

Alex William Cook, 34, Seadrift, arrested by CCSO for warrants for abandoning and endangering a child with criminal negligence and assault causing bodily injury to a family member.

Francessca Denise Rivera, 37, Port Lavaca, arrested by CCSO for public intoxication.

Saturday, February 8:

Angel Garrett Rivera, 28, Kyle, arrested by DPS for failure to identify fugitive with intent to give false information and driving with an invalid license with previous conviction/suspension without financial responsibility, and a warrant for theft.

Sunday, February 9:

Trevor Darnell Breaux, 24, Carencro, La, arrested by CCSO for the unlicensed carrying of a weapon and driving while intoxicated.

Alberto Cuevas Jr., 30, Port Lavaca, arrested by CCSO for a terroristic threat of family/household member.

Lewis Clay Smith, 32, Seadrift, arrested by Seadrift Police Department for displaying fictitious motor vehicle registration and burglary of a vehicle, and a warrant for burglary of a vehicle.

Rocky Lee McClain, 54, Tomball, arrested by PLPD for public intoxication.
