Local law enforcement made 42 arrests between Monday, July 15 and Sunday, July 21. They are as follows:

Monday, July 15:

David Esquivel Jr., 21, Port Lavaca, arrested by Port Lavaca Police Department for public intoxication.

Jeremy Matthew Gonzalez, 27, Port Lavaca, arrested by Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for violation of probation for possession of marijuana.

Kevin Scott Wilkins, 41, Point Comfort, arrested by Point Comfort Police Department on warrants for harassment and terroristic threats causing fear of imminent.

Tuesday, July 16:

Mario Alberto Degollado, 27, Port Lavaca, arrested by PLPD on warrants for disorderly conduct by fighting and failure to appear.

Pete Anthony Garza, 27, San Diego, arrested by CCSO on a warrant for driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content great or equal to 1.5.

Felipe Hirlas Jr., 25, Donna, arrested by PLPD for possession of a controlled substance less than one gram, failure of drug test with falsification of device and driving with an invalid license with previous conviction/suspension without financial responsibility.

Eduardo Trevino, 23, Weslaco, arrested by CCSO for driving with an invalid license with previous conviction/suspension without financial responsibility.

Wednesday, July 17:

Thomas Edward Aparicio, 24, Bay City, arrested by PLPD for driving while intoxicated (second offense)

Rodolfo Carbajal, 38, Port Lavaca, arrested by CCSO on a warrant for sexual assault.

Darren Cory Heilker, 40, Victoria, arrested by CCSO on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance less than 28 grams.

Cedric Lee Marinez Jr., 19, Ganado, arrested by Texas Department of Public Safety for possession of marijuana less than two ounces.

Marisa Renee Orta, 37, Port Lavaca, arrested by CCSO on warrants for misapplication of fiduciary property of financial funds greater or equal to $2,500 but less than $30,000 and forgery financial instrument.

Paul Michael Orta, 36, Port Lavaca, arrested by CCSO on warrants for misapplication of fiduciary property of financial funds greater or equal to $2,500 but less than $30,000 and forgery financial instrument.

Bradley Keith Ritchie, 36 Victoria, arrested by CCSO for warrants for criminal non-support and unlawful possession of a controlled substance less than one gram.
